A. The key incentive that would make customers switch it first and foremost is price. Dollar shave club’s competition is mainly Gillett razors. In retail Gillett can cost the customer anywhere from $50-$80. Dollar Shave Club rates start at around 4-5 dollars a month depending on the number of razors that are being provided. Another key incentive is that dollar shave club is exclusively online. Customers never have to go to a brick and mortar store again for razors. They can order and have it on their doorstep in 1-2 business days.
