Mexican family have a close relationship where married couples may live in the same household of family, husband or wife in order to save money to gain their independent to buy their own home. Mexicans value and beliefs are family is the center of the social structure and outside the bigger cities families are still generally large. Mexicans customs are that it is duty and responsibility to help family. Mexican families are close and believe in helping each other, they sometime with combine families in order to help each other save money so families can move out on their own. The people of Mexico respect authority and look to those above them for guidance in decision making.
