DOI: 07/02/2014. This is a 50-year-old female crew member who sustained cumulative trauma to her neck, right hand, arm, elbow, wrist, and upper extremity. Patient is diagnosed with trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, lateral epicondylitis, and medial epicondylitis.
Per office visit note dated 04/25/2016, patient continues to have right middle and ring finger pain with any activity that involves grasping and gripping of the right hand. The numbness of the last two fingers has become constant. Her medications are Naproxen 550mg, cyclobenzaprine 7.5mg, Gabapentin 300mg, and Lidopro cream. Her medications help control her pain from 8/10 to 4/10.
Based on the progress report dated 06/13/16 by Dr. Verceles, the patient feels a lot better after
