By playing with dogs owners can forget about what’s wrong with their world and on how their making their dogs world better by throwing a tennis ball. Playing isn’t enough for dogs going for runs is also necessary and this can have multiple effects on people. Going for runs with dogs is good for people physically, but it also benefits them socially. While on runs people may have to interact with other people. For example talking to others at stop lights, dog parks, or at the veterinarian’s offices are places you might meet new people. Plus who knows someone lonely may find a friend or sole mate at one of these parks, lights, or offices. Going for runs can be good for your health, but also by petting dogs you can lower your heart rate which can decrease anxiety.
