The second agreement is having a restricted number of days that employees are allowed to bring their dogs to work. Dogs will be allowed three days out of the week, no exceptions. By limiting the number of days will allow employees who are reluctant to the “Dogs In The Workplace Agreement” to have the flexibility to find comfortability and ease into the pro-pet policy. It will also allow employees to slowly interact with the dogs, get to know one another, and not be constantly distracted by them. The goal of this agreement is to create a win/win situation because people who do not want dogs in the workplace don’t have to be distracted by them everyday of the week, and people who want dogs in the workforce will give them something to look forward
