Dogs Are Better Than Cats

Dogs are better than cats. There are lots of benefits to owning a dog. First, they keep you active. Dogs need to be walked and played with regularly. In doing this with your dog, you are being more active, making you healthier. Also, dogs help you manage stress. Coming home and petting your dog after a stressful day calms you because it releases endorphins in your brain that make you feel good. People who have lower stress levels tend to live longer. Therefor, dogs are better than cats.
