Dog Park Case

Getting a standard Poodle about a year and a half ago we knew going in to it that he would have a lot of energy and curiosity as a puppy that would grow up to be a big dog. Timo, my wife and I’s standard Poodle has loads of energy and loves to play fetch but would rather play with other dogs. Right away when we got Timo we signed up for the Wyoming City’s dog park for a just a small fee for the membership for the year. But in order to get the membership we had to prove that he had all this shots up to date and that he was a healthy dog by bringing in proof of shots and proof that he didn’t have any diseases. Now this dog park was very nice and well maintained and we loved to go there during the few months of nice weather here in Michigan. But …show more content…
Having all the different options for people at the indoor dog park there is lots of costs from heating a big warehouse, supplying electricity to all the shops and paying all the employees that have to be there run the dog areas and the other shops too. Having all these options for our customers means that our costs go up for running and maintaining the park but that also means that the price for the subscription would be expensive as well as all the services with in the building are going to be pricey but convenient to have all the services within one building. The second law for the value curve is as you move up the value curve the things that are below you, you have mastered already. For the indoor dog park, we are in between luxury and customization working towards moving closer to the luxury spot, meaning that we have already mastered price, quality/functionality, and customization. As long as people in Michigan see the pain that we are solving in being able to bring your dog somewhere warm where they can run and play during the winter and see the value in all the surrounding services I think that they would be will to pay for the
