Dog Observation

On 07/19/16 at 3:39pm, I was dispatched to 841 Crevis Lane on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog owner known. I arrived at the location and spoke to victim John Haywood. I asked Mr. Haywood what took place; Mr. Haywood stated that he was in front of his house when he heard the next dog neighbor son scream from the back yard of 835 Crevis Lane stop Hanes from the back of the house. Mr. Haywood ran to the back of his house where he saw the next door neighbor’s dog attacking his dog through the fence. Mr. Haywood proceeded to try to separate the dogs. Mr. Haywood tried to pull his dog away, unable to get his dog away he picked up a stick and proceeded to hit the neighbor’s dog. The offending dog eventually let go of Mr. Haywood
