Dog License Violation

On 08/04/16 at 7:08pm, I was dispatched to 2180 Argyle Drive on an injury dangerous or vicious dog and owner surrender. I arrived at the location and spoke to dog owner Lindsay Moore. Ms. Moore stated that their dog name Brutus attacked her daughter (Gwendolyn Galloway). I asked what happened, Ms. Moore stated that her daughter was sitting on the couch; as she proceeded to pet Brutus the dog attacked. The attack was unprovoked. Ms. Moore wanted to surrender the dog due the incident. I asked Ms. Moore if she could show me proof of a dog license and vaccinations. Ms. Moore showed me proof of vaccinations but was unable to show me proof of a dog license. I issued Ms. Moore a violation for failure to license. Ms. Moore completed the owner
