Dog Larkie Harris Incident

On 05/10/16 at 5:43pm, I was dispatched to 1575 Case Road on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog, owner known, animal confined for a follow up. I arrived at the house and spoke to Jammie Harris IV. Mr. Harris IV was aware of the incident that occurred between his dogs and the victim. Mr. Harris IV showed proof that his dogs were vaccinated. Mr. Harris IV was unable to show proof that his dogs were license. Due to the incident Mr. Harris IV dog Corkie was designated dangerous. Mr. Harris IV was issued violations for failure to license both dogs, and failure to control a dangerous dog for Corkie.
