Charleston, South Carolina, the jewel of the south. A town that time has yet to permeate, where horse drawn carriages still serve as a mode of transportation, resulting in over 4.5 million visitors every year (“In Charleston, S.C., Resistance to Cruise Ships”). Cowboys should have known that Trujillo was involve in fights and he was unfit to be employed as a doorman. Cowboys was liable for Trujillo’s incident with Medina, since he was on call on the premises at Cowboys' Assistant Door Manager request, wearing a jacket with the bar logo. Many dogs need to release the energy that increases throughout the day and giving them an outlet will make them too tired to destroy owners’ belongings. In addition to the obstacles, the parks can include other amenities such as dog run lanes, where owners can play with their dog free from anxiety and away from other dogs (APDT, 2016). In larger and more developed dog parks, amenities can include special events, educational opportunities, seminars, training classes, and some even offer “destination places for dogs and their owners” (Avrasin, 2004). A dog park would provide a safe environment for exercise and play in fenced-in areas for dogs only, rather than in open areas such as a public park.…
