Does the way you die show your character? If you choose an extreme way of suicide would it be honorable? Many people would say no that any kind of suicide is just an easy way out, and maybe it is. Hanging yourself is very easy; all you have to do is step off the chair, but what about something harsher and slower, slitting your wrists is slow and painful. If a person attempted this it would be difficult to do because there is a lot of pain involved. People with strong characters will chose harsher ways of death, for example when Portia at coals or Cassius impaled themselves with swords as not to be captured by their enemies. There are many types of suicide. One very extreme way is to eat coals. This reflects a strong character. Eating
