I am not sure Wanda understand the different between a corporation and a partnership. I would have to determine the reasons for Wanda hesitation. Does she believe that starting a business with a non believe goes against biblical teaching, or is she worry that a non-believer ethics and values may be so different from her own that she is at risk for potential liabilities partnering with a non-believer.
If she is concern that a partnership with a non-believer goes against biblical teaching in general, I would advised her of the following. To be “yoke” is not necessary a negative, Jesus says in Matthew 11:29 New International Version “take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest

A non-Christian can have a good mind for business and be successful at business, he or she can life a satisfying materialistic life, support the poor, and die a wealthy person, and this person will not however enjoy enteral life with Jesus Christ. How are we to reach other, give account, and evangelize, if we alienate ourselves from non-believers?
