Our Parents will always want what is best for us, they want us to succeed in life and grow up to be good people. Sometimes our moms and dads might seem like they are being too harsh on us, but the reason they might be acting this way, is to give us an example in have should we be have, to grow up and be civilized people. However, unlike people with bad influence such as our very own friends, strangers or anyone that is trying to lead us into a negative path, our parents would never do this, Although our parents seem to be harsh on us sometimes, they would never try to hurt us emotionally, or make us feel uneasy. Ironically, Just like Frederick Douglass fought to free thousands of slaves, so they can have a better life, our parents are doing something similar, they are trying to lead us through the good path, so we grow up to have a better life. At the end of the day, all our parents really want is for us to grow up and become a better version of ourselves, and we should pay them by doing so. Above all, our parents have to definitely be the biggest heroes in our lives. Overall heroes are all around us, anywhere from our common police officers, to our teachers, our parents and many more. No doubt all of these people and many more sacrifice themselves for us, and for our well-being, they shape our world consistently in our everyday life, and that is why they are our true heroes. Ultimately it is only a matter of time we open our eyes, and say thank you to all these people, and not stay blind forever thinking that true heroes are out of this
