Football a contact sport not a sport for wimps. It is the only sport that you can hit someone and not get a penalty. It is really enjoyable for me. Football can also be very educational. The things football can do for you is it gets you in shape, it can make you tougher, and it teaches you how to hit. To start with, this is how football gets you in shape. First you have to run. Running burns calories and builds endurance. Next you have to exercise. Exercises are what keep you in shape the most. It also helps you get ab muscles which help a lot while hitting. Another thing that gets you in shape is you lift weights. Lifting weights help by making you stronger. One of the cooler attributes is that you play in weather cold as is and hot as the sun. Here are some ways how football can make you tougher. First you get used to getting hit. Getting hit helps you build up your resistance to taking a blow which can make you tougher.Next it gets you used to the cold or hot. How it gets you used to the cold or hot is you play in the coldest and hottest weather. Another way that football can make you tougher is how you run all the time. Running all the time can make you tougher in your legs. Last but not least is you get used to hitting other people. Those are all of the reasons why football can make you tougher.
To end of, the pros of how you learn to hit are. First you learn how to hit correctly. Learning how to hit correctly can help you a lot. For example you can take down an intruder. Next you can be a good wrestler or boxer. Being a wrestler or boxer can get you a lot of money. Learning how to hit can also help if someone tries to mug you then you can do something about it.
