He as well got support from school and family. Not only did he not succeed, but he as well surrounded himself around bad people which did lead to failure. While, not having that good support system it did cause the conflicts that he has to deal with in life. Mary the mother of the “other” Wes tried to help but her influences didn’t do much. Tony was no support for the “other” Wes. As though siblings should support each other or somewhat help each other Tony never managed to help Wes. He also didn’t manage to help Wes when Wes was soon to be a father. The only way Wes found to afford money was by drug trade. Drug trade wasn’t a clever idea which also did lead him to failure, but as well as murdering someone. Wes didn’t go to school matter, in fact, he cut school which made him not have good enough logic on the things to do and not do. While the author Wes did learn his lesson by being put in military school even though he didn’t want to be there. Both Wess did get support systems but the author led his life into success while the “other” led his life into failure. When saying failure it technically means not putting enough effort on what needed to be changed. Even though in the success you do go through failure that makes you learn from your mistakes unlike in failure where you don’t learn your mistakes and you don’t care. It’s important to know the efficiency of success and failure in life. We shall all have that chance to take matter and find our paths to success.
