a) The study conducted at the University of New Hampshire, linked with the University of Granada, concluded that “cognitive abilities were higher in physically active participants.” This research study involved the conclusion that more than 2.7 million youth, both genders, are receiving ADHD treatment. The reasoning between physical activity, and brain development along with cognitive attention span showed clear links, that both sources voiced. It makes a lot of sense to me personally, how parents title their children with “ADHD, or attention deficit” as a student, when in reality, it’s just a kid. Children get bored when material no longer excites them, or is interesting to them. Instead of pumping these kids full of drugs, forcing them to focus, instead it’s important to hear out the child’s needs, and provide them with enough physical activity to rid their
