A workout partner will motivate individuals to better themselves, and often times a competition is started to see who works harder and becomes more fit, between two or more workout partners. Another way exercise can improve relationships is by developing an accountability partner. Accountability partners are usually workout partners, but not always. An accountability partner will help see that their friends are consistently working out. When people are fit and thin over fat and bobbly, they find that the dating game is a lot easier for them, because women generally view thinner, stronger men as better all around people. Lastly, new friendships can be formed that can change people’s lives from all ends of the world. Overall, many benefits can be seen from just 30 minutes of exercise a day that will majorly affect a persons life.
