Does Every Act Of Kindness

Does every act of kindness, no matter how significant or how minute, have an impact on others? There was a news article about this boy. He was ridiculed for being poor and not having enough money to buy new things, but every day these two people would smile at him. The boy was tired of being mocked, so he decided he wanted to commit suicide, but just hours before the planned event, the two people smiled at him and told him that they liked his shirt. The small act of kindness, consequently lead to the boy not committing suicide. Another example of a slightly bigger act of kindness was that a little girl around the age of five helped a blind boy find Easter Eggs. She had discovered around ten eggs before she saw the boy with an aid helping him.
