For instance, Moses married two women and he played a major role in the Bible. There has been no evidence of polygamous marriage harming anyone in anyway. It is a consensual marriage between the adults, but when it involves a minor then that is when a line is being crossed. Polygamy causes no harm when everyone has a mutual understanding. It should not be illegal because polygamous marriage is and can also be religion based on another culture. America has freedom of religion, by allowing one religion to take control of removing another cultural ideal then that is not giving those people any religious rights that they have access to.
