Does Abortion Cause Undue Burden Of Abortion

- A mother must listen to the heartbeat of the baby before being able to get an abortion. (Many states have attempted to pass such a law.)

I believe this requirement before an abortion does cause undue burden. If a mother all ready does not want the baby why force her to listen to a heartbeat? Something like this could cause unwanted stress and make the all ready hard decision even harder. The states are attempting to play into the emotions of the mother.

I believe that if a mother wants to get rid of baby she should be able to do so for what ever reason. This requirement does cause undue burden because it completely takes away the right from
