Doe Deere is a very successful woman that has carved her own successful path in the beauty industry. She is unique and a very original thinker. The Russian born CEO of Lime Crime has plenty to share about following your dream or striving for success. Doe Deere is on a personal mission to prove to the world and her little unicorn followers that makeup is more than a tool to conceal imperfections. Her belief is that makeup is simply a creative tool to express one's unique talent. She also believes that beauty is more than what looks best. Beauty is about expressing your uniqueness to the world.

Lime Crime
The fact is that Lime Crime cosmetics was created out of a personal need for more bold and expressive makeup. Doe Deere relates that she found it extremely difficult to find the type of makeup that excited her creative side. Therefore, she decided to create a makeup company back in 2008 that specialized in her favorite colors. Certainly, it appears that thousands of her fans agree. Her collection of highly pigmented, colorful, and magical products were an instant hit online. Lime Crime produces an outstanding line of eye shadows, lipsticks, and nail polish that you just have to love.

Success is all about evolving and still remaining true to your own unique values. For example, Doe Deere promised herself that she would always work closely with the chemist of her company. She would never release a product, without testing it on herself. In addition, Deere only releases animal cruelty free products to the consumer.
