I am a Dodgeland student of character because i demonstrate the six quality’s in everything I do. Just one example of how I am trustworthy Dodgeland student is when I tutored a student last year and kept information about why he missed school and that I was tutoring him confidential. I am also very respectful to my teachers and classmates and I particularly showed respect to new teachers that my classmates disrespected. I work to be a responsible student by keeping my grades up with a 3.86 GPA, and this year when I saw that I was struggling in a class and getting a poor grade, I took responsibility and worked to find and alternative plan so I could succeed in that class. I exhibit fairness to al of my classmates expeciwlly in group work.

Minny Jackson, a significant character in the novel, an African American maid who has five children and unfortunately is married to Leroy. At the beginning of the novel, I automatically felt a deep connection to Minny. As a black maid she is expected to be submissive, silent and tower down to any Caucasians command, yet she does neither. In Minny’s conflict against society and working for white women she speaks what is on her mind and possesses physical and mental strength because “Minny could probably lift this bus up over her head if she wanted to” (Stockett 5). It happens, and it is funny think that something so simple as born in certain region or in certain time period can affect in both direct and indirect ways, our personalities and views on the world. In Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, and by telling the stories of John Savage, Bernard Marx, Helmholtz Watson, Lenina Crowe, and Mustapha Mond, it is proved that the characters’ personalities, values, dreams, expectations, and way to react to situations are shaped by the place where they live, the time in which the novel takes place, and how the society of the New World is represented.…

Despite the fact that the short romantic comedy, Much Ado About Nothing, was written in the 1500s which consisted of literature that is hard to comprehend, there were many comparisons of the society and characters that were included throughout the reading. Much Ado About Nothing conveys a character, Don John, who represents a manipulative and self centered politician. Don John is a key character in Much ado about Nothing; he was a character that livens up the plot and complicates it in order to be more spectacular. Although due to his evil character, the other characters had to deal with conflicts that they had to resolve, it is not just a comedy about love, it has a storyline of revenge in it, and therefore, its difficulty lies in the struggle…
