Dodgeball Tournament

One accomplishment that took a great deal of effort was when I had to set up the dodgeball tournament for the Herricks International Children’s Aid Program. We were using the dodgeball tournament to raise money for Uluru, an orphanage in India. The hardest part of the tournament was communicating. From getting referee’s to getting speakers for music, communication was a huge factor in the process. To get some weight off my shoulders, I told one of the members of the club to get water jug, ice and the first aid kit. This member did not come to school during the day of the tournament without informing me. Before the dodgeball tournament I started to panic; we were not allowed to start the tournament without the supplies. My advisor had trusted
