Doctors find benefits to reading and writing. Doctors have found that reading and writing have helped with emotions. It helps one express their feelings and imagine. Reading helps one understand other people and putting them in their shoes. Reading and writing helps people in a healing way.
Reading and writing help us understand what others are feeling, and it expands our understanding of others situations. It also lets us clear our minds from what’s actually in the real world, or the situations we are going through everyday.
