Anti-patriotism was reflected when a hero named Doctor Strange mirrors his anger towards society. At this time the Vietnam War broke out and communist organizations were made for Viet Cong. In the 1960s Doctor Strange based his anti-patriotism off the causes of this war.
The creator of this comical hero was “Steve Ditko” who was born November 2, 1927. He was best known as the artist, and behind Spider-man and the mystical Doctor Strange in the marvel comic books of the 1960s (Ditko,Steve,biography).

In the 1960s Asia Phoria was a relatively uncritical enthusiasm for prospect of the asian growth in the community. (picker, asia phoria meets regression to the mean)
Young people were at the forefront of the profound social and political changes that changed America in the 1960s. Teenagers and adults participated in and led sit-ins, freedom rides, and marches thats demanded civil rights for all blacks.(Perlman, 18 years old get the vote)
I found that Doctor Strange lived in a world where human rights didn’t seem to bother his outlook because his feeling were mutual when those were gaining their rights.
Likewise Doctor Strange represents a person's outlook on the Vietnam War. On November 9, 1962 troops in the army of the Republic of Vietnam engage the viet cong forces and south of Bien Hoa requested air support. Detachment 2 pilots flew over 70 combat-support missions a week delivering ordnance.(Schuster,B-26k
