Reporter stated the following: Doctor Redmond wrote this report. Patient was brought in by her mom on today. The child was brought in with maternal concerns for sexual abuse. The mom reported the biological dad (Jeffrey) assaulted the mom and it is unknown if the child was around. The dad assaulted the mom 3 weeks ago. Prior to the assault the mom states the father said, “he had things for kids”. The mom is not sure what the dad meant. According to the doctor’s report the dad is in jail. The mom told me he is out of jail. The mom and child have been here for 1 ½ weeks. The child has been saying, “owie owie”.
She has also been holding her genitals. Per mom the patient also seems nervous around men. The mom has not witnessed any abuse but is
