1 Do you believe you play more of the victim role or creator role in your life? Why or why not?

There are times where I have been the victim and there are times where I have been the creator. The times where I taken on more of the victim role is when my anxiety is at a high. When I have been more of the creator role is when I’m not stressed out, and I can really take a look at what is going on, and what I need to do to complete a task. Looking back I have been one to complain to my husband about how hard an instructors exam was and stating all the issues with it when I should have been evaluating how I studied for the exams, and how I could have asked for more help when I really didn’t understand something.

I really like this quote. This quote means to me that you need to take advantage of opportunities that come your way; because if you wait for someone to make decisions for you, you could be very unhappy and loose out on something that would make you happy. I am guilty of shutting down in stressful situations, but I am trying to combat that, and make my own decisions. A situation that comes to mind is when my friend and I were taking classes together looking back at that time; I followed all the decisions that she made. I even thought about changing how I go about schooling because that is what she did. She moved onto a new school, and I tried to get into it however I had a barrier that came forward and it showed me that it would have been the wrong decision for me and that I needed to stay on the path that I was previously on. It taught me how to make my own decisions, and ask for help when I am not sure of what I am
