More than half of the United State’s population has a paying job, and by having a paying job the ultimate goal is well-being and happiness. We work to earn money to achieve well-being and happiness that is created from money. The happiness is caused by money creating instant gratification and happiness getting us through the day to day frustrations and brings happiness to life, and through knowing we are further working towards achieving a larger income rather than doing nothing at all creates happiness also, while money we earn itself gives people power and freedom by access to more creates happiness
