It’s essential to look closely at how video games can alter physical health. There are two points of view to this situation related to how video games can affect physical well-being. Being over-involved with video games will change physical health in a harmful way.
To start this investigation, too much time on video games causes the lack of sleep causing depression and loss of long term memory.
