Let’s start a new topic of “sports affecting ‘us’ mentally” now. As we all know, doing sports can make our body fit and strong, so does it mean that without doing sports we get fat or obesity? Not really, but we can say that it kind of affect us either physically or mentally! Since my research is about mentally, so this will only be a research of how it affects us mentally. I think that doing sports can make people get self-confidence by getting fit. If we don’t do a regular amount of sports, people can get diseases or obesity easily and reduce the self-confidence they already have naturally, because others will be teasing those people in front of other people and they will feel shameful and loses self-confidence. People will try to tease them and they will get hurt both emotionally and mentally. They will be sad, guilty, and will have a feeling of hate and will start to hate and be having effort on the ones who tease them. Without doing sports, people can also get diseases like Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, obesity, cancers or mental health very easily, but since it is a research for teens, teens usually get mental health problem while they have lack of sports. Many people died just because of not doing or lack of Sports. Actually we can solve these problems by just doing sports, imagine that a big case is resolved into a case that is not even a case, which will be so satisfying and everything as I mentioned before will not be happening!
