Do police officers have negative attitudes towards gay domestic violence while on the job?
Hypotheses
Research: police officers have negative attitudes towards gay domestic violence.
Research: there is an antagonistic relationship between police officers and the gay community.
Null: will see if police officers have negative attitudes towards gay domestic violence, and they have a good relationship with the gay community.

INDEPENDENT VARIABLES
The study will have five independent variables. The first independent variable examines police officers response to gay couple involved domestic violence. The level of measurement will be ratio measured. The second variable will be the number of domestic violence and its operational definition as how many cases of domestic violence have each police officer handled. The variable will be measured using a ration scale. The third independent variable will be the sexual orientation of the police officers involved in the study. The operational definition is to study the sexual orientation of the police officers. The level of measurement of the variable will be nominal. The forth variable will be the religion of the police officers involved in the study.
