This study aims to focuses on the potential of deoxyribonucleic acid or DNA to the development of criminal justice system. The study also determined to be proven that the use of DNA will provide accurate and reliable evidence that will lead to identify the felony and solve crime cases. However, DNA is well known as the blueprint of one's living, contains all the genetic information about an individual. It is the fundamental building blocks for a person's entire genetic makeup and so DNA making each person's unique from others. The author's conclusion propose DNA as used for identifying, collecting, transporting and preserving evidences to include convicted people who are wrongly accused by law, and those victims of violent crimes.
