To evaluate the progression of DMV Bone Health, a concrete system of analysis and measurement needs to be put in place. This system is based on quantitative measures run by the facility manager. Since the organization’s vision is to expand and eventually reach 2 million out of the 20 million individuals in the DMV area, it is critical to analyze the satisfaction of the pilot program/clinic launched in Fairfax, VA. The organization will compare its performance in the DMV area on month to month and yearly basis by capturing the turn-around of attendees, sales from vitamins, and patients being screened. This is due to increased outreach in the community via media, work relations created by physician liaison, and the number of calls and appointments received on day to day basis. Radiologist technicians report measurements on individuals receiving scanning. This level of activity has achieved the performance goal listed in section IV. Performance Goals.
• Sales of aftercare vitamins are increasing. There is an expected jump in sales from 20% to 30% increase for Vitamin D and Calcium supplements. This is due to daily after-care recommendations from radiologist technicians and/or physicians. o The vitamin supplementation will be sold at seminars as well as before and after diagnosis in mobile units. Sales are measured by the number of bottle of supplements sold by the facility. Sales also indicate how many individuals are taking the facilities recommendations accordingly as well as how many people are following up with care from the organization.
