In the movie clips Divided We Fall and The Tunnel we see a variety of scenery, movie techniques, and overall delivery of the story plot. In Divided We Fall we see the attack of the Nazi Regimen on the Czech Republic. The movie clip is in black and white with an overall plot of how fast the Nazi regime dominated the Czech Republic and its people. In the movie clip The Tunnel we see active war scenery throughout the Czech Republic with the clip beginning at the 56th day of the Warsaw Uprising or the German take over. This film is also in black and white with an overall story plot of the war battles the local Czech people faced when fighting off the German army due to the Germans advance military weapons and machinery.

For example both movies were in black and white and were in direct relationship with the German Nazi Regimen and its power. However as identified above the story plots of each movie were very different. In the second movie The Tunnel, I perceived this movie similar to a Greek tragedy. In the story , Daisy a women with the Czech people army is the hero who constantly pushes herself along with the entire army and more specifically her love Zadra until their final breathe on the way to downtown. This is very different from the movie clip Divided We Fall because there is no direct hero in this movie clip rather just a visual of the disorder during the Nazi take over. The presence of a hero in Czech literature or a movie was very uncommon during this time making the movie Divided We Fall more normal than The Tunnel.
