Managing diversity in the workplace means the process of creating and maintaining an environment with people of different ethnic backgrounds, religions and age groups in a manner that produces the best possible work environment. Inclusion is actively involving every employee's ideas, knowledge, perspectives, approaches, and styles to maximize business success.

Diversity training on the other side is a process to educate employees on the proper way to treat people of different backgrounds.

In my opinion diversity training is more effective than managing diversity. Organizations can have a diversity of employees but not inclusion. Diversity Training allow employees to build relationship and interact with employees from different countries
