DT is different than Diversity management (DM), where DM looks at bringing about a change in the organizational system or processes. Diversity training is one part of the diversity initiatives and interventions. DT aims to use few or set of programs to reduce prejudice or discrimination being displayed by an individual towards person different than them. (L. F. Pendry, Driscoll, & Field, 2007).Diversity training aims to measure how the differences among people can have an impact on their interactions and on the organization and issues related to working in and within a heterogeneous group. The rationale behind introducing diversity training are as follow:-
1. The moral imperative-Companies adopt a multicultural approach in to provide opportunities
