Relationship with Diversity
Diversity means being different from others and it can be on many basis that is nationality, culture, religion, life background, education etc. these and many other factors show the diversity between people in a society and in the world. Today you will find diverse people working together in almost every field such as schools, on jobs, while traveling, in restaurants, and in many other places and occasions. One of the examples is my College Campus. I study at AUAF (American University of Afghanistan) and there is a high level of diversity between the students, faculty and also the professors.
Firstly there are people that are students and teachers on campus having diversity on the basis of ethnicity; they belong to different ethnic groups some that are in minority and others come in the majority. They have difference in their appearance and the way they think. And then there are people who are from a fully different part of the world

It is one of the basic steps towards leading a successful life. As for now in my academic and personal life, it is helping me in doing well in group projects, and group studies and group presentations. It helps me in having a better conversation and link with my classmates and I can get the most out of a conversation. Personally it is making me a better friend, a better person by respecting others cultures. In the future it’s going to affect every aspect of my life. In my professional life it is important to be able to communicate and work with different people having different background, mindsets, cultures and almost everything different from others. So we have to work with that type of people and cultural competence is going to help us and make it easier for us to work amongst people completely different from us. It will advance me and my personality to become a professional person and improve for the professional
