Social Justice Reflection Essay

Diversity, inclusion, and social justice—these words are core in shaping a harmonious environment of tranquility and growth. I am a firm believer that our actions, beliefs, and positive mindset towards our brothers and sisters truly influence the nature around us. I strive to take unyielding action and to advance awareness of utmost respect. With my active will to spread respect, I know for certain that I am taking part in an even greater movement that pushes forth a powerful yet loving world for today and for the future to come. I am honored with an imbibed blessing of diversity from my parents, who have both worked vigorously to receive an American residency. Personally, I have witnessed these sins of hatred throughout my life whether it be in the school environment or across my society. From acts of hate crimes to simply making derogatory statements, are forms of hatred that weaken our human bond. A major factor for why society is in demand of social justice is because there a lack of knowledge about other identities. I personally like meeting new people with diverse identities in order to fully respect people. Social justice not only opposes the injustices of racism and hatred in the name of equality, but also purses and preaches an understanding and acceptance of others. By understanding and accepting others I have learned that social justice also relates to diversity and inclusion. When practicing social justice it is vital to me incorporate a sense of diversity and a passion to include others. I am determined to practice the social justice conduct in my future college so I may play my part to build upon an inclusive
