Within the last few decades, this trend has been changing due to a growing minority population, and an increase in education amongst diverse groups. Due to this, one third of the global workforce has been outsourced to China and India. “Emerging global trends are driving the growing economic power of a diverse workforce” (Amadeo, 2014).
