She is very orderly and has calendars everywhere. She will ask me a month in advance to work overtime just so I can plan ahead as well. All that is around her is organization, and if it is not she is not working at her best.

Everything I do that is wrong, is immediately corrected so you never do it again. I remember my first day here and I felt like she was almost mad at me, but really she is just passionate. Although she does run her entire life, so when it comes to things like shopping, she cannot stand having to do a small task that requires a lot of time not really thinking. She Likes figuring out solutions, but she wants to know the shortcut in doing so.

My boss is not bad at scheduling. She has two kids and works full-time so she has two massive opposite roles to take on. She is very independent, but she does have a hard time doing things when she is distracted or when she has too many options to choose from it becomes overwhelming.

I really look up to my boss and how "In charge" she is. Her and I clash because I am pretty mellow and sometimes, I don't understand the importance of worrying when it comes to small things that are temporary.
