1. My work related experiences is in this particular situation I forgot to return a phone call to one patient to confirm her appointment time because she rely on transportation from her family members to drop her off at her appointment do to her age which cause limited access to driving. Meanwhile; she manages to come in that day but she was angry. Her body language showed angry because she had no transportation to get back home. The first thing I did was apologize. Working with patient’s everyday is very important to me knowing that I am helping someone else and this situation has taught me a valuable lesson that diversity has no age limit, gender, race and ethnicity to always maintain ethical standards. I am a big fan of coffee and I work next door to Bitter Sweet Bakery that sells coffee and other items. I spoke to the owner about my recommendation about how their store could improve and a change of outlook that can attract more customers. My recommendation to them was to add more comfortable sitting areas, therefore creating a relaxing atmosphere. Also a magazine and newspaper rack can add more reading material while they are enjoying the great taste of coffee. Installing blinds over the window can decrease the sunlight view form shinning bright and add soft lighting and soft music to have a calm effect. I want to McDonald during my lunch break and I notice a car was stuck in the middle of the parking lot. Her ran out of gas so a couple of customer and got out our car to help push her to a safe area. She was so happy and I felt good assisting her with moving her car.
12. This week we had to inform one of our patient that we unfortunately have to hold off on scheduling her appointment until we here back from her insurance. The patient instinct on coming I try to explain to her that the insurance requires authorization. I suggested to the patient to call her insurance carrier but she was still unhappy. I agree to call the insurance company to follow on the status and to give her a call once we receive approval.

13. This week I stop in Publix to buy some breakfast items and their staff is always smiling and friendly. I decided to buy some flowers and give to one of the cashier who I have known for a long time. I thank her for always smiling and be friendly each time come in the
