a. Throughout my career as a pharmacy technician, I was exposed to a diverse clientele; farmers, scholar, dispossessed, retired and everything in between. When I began, I was shy and struggled to socialize with others, especially those who I viewed as different. Each day work required me to interact with new people, breaking the boarders of my comfort zone. As a result, I came to the realization that our differences gave us a spectrum of perspectives. Diversity is the product of the subtle differences in personalities, views, and life experience. The true beauty of diversity is that these differences give the world dimension.
