Diversity is about learning about the differences in other people’s values, their attitudes, their beliefs and cultures, their life experiences of each person in a group of people. It means to respect the difference in others regarding culture, religion, disability, beliefs and attitudes in any group of individuals. Such as in the setting I am working in we have welcome signs in different languages, incorporating all languages also in all the rooms we have signs in all languages as to what area the children and parents are in.
