Reflection 2 (Diversity) Diversity plays a great role in learning environment and is often a method of close consideration for teachers and educators. As a highly complex notion it may definitely be approached from different perspectives. This essay therefore aims to highlight some of its key elements and discuss them by analyzing two educational resources related to the diversity issues.
