Diversity Awareness's Role In Successful Interviewing

Diversity awareness plays a major role in successful interviewing. As an interviewer or interrogator, you should be able to fully understand other people’s perspectives so that you can better asses which interviewing methods or approaches to use. For example, if an interviewer is using the traditional interviewing approach, diversity awareness can possibly make it easier to understand the answers to the six guidelines to this approach (the five W’s and How).
Diversity awareness can also help with effectively eliminating the prejudices or bias of the interviewer because he or she will be able to put aside their perspective while viewing things from the interviewee’s perspective because they are aware of their culture and ethnic background. For
