I enjoyed reading your post! I think you found a great article to write about. I agree that understanding the values between the generations is very important. Its helps to motivate workers to work better and keeps workplace united, instead separated in a small groups. Also, since generations got a different life positions its brings a diversity to the workplace. And as we talked before, diversity helps our workplaces to progress and develop. Its very important for new generation managers and leaders to learn and develop a new set of interpersonal skills to stay on top the process of generation change and be successful.
