My definition for diversity and inclusion are the same as they are in the dictionary. However, when you put them together I believe they have a different meaning entirely. There's a word that I like to use that embodies these two concepts; pastiche. While the actual definition is "an artistic work consisting of a medley of pieces taken from various sources" I see it has a definition of people, individual and conglomerate. Pastiche includes diverse members; it is a piece of art made up of distinct sections that wouldn't be art without every other individual piece.
