Discrimination! Diversity! Theses are definitely not new topics to be discussed. Then why does it never get better? Why is discrimination still rampant? Why is diversity not widely accepted yet? All these questions are probably asked by every minorities and interested and concerned individuals. One would think by now, we should be more accepting of one another but this is not the case. Instead it worsens gradually. Diversity can be defined in various ways, from a dictionary, it simply refers to variety or differences.
