People who are stuck in the same routine and are not open to change are not as accepting to things. Having people in a society who are creative and inspired on making a difference are people you want in your community. You want these people in your community because they have diverse ideas. Having diverse ideas means new and fresh ideas. These type of ideas make people inspired to get involved and try new things. People like to try new things instead of the same thing over and over again. In a productive society you need people who are open to new ideas because this means your society is not stagnant. A society never stays the same and ideas should never stay the same either. A productive society has many components to it; involved community
